YAK... anyone seen one of these before?? They can be HUGE... they look like a cross between a buffalo and a cow. Grandpa Saunders has been enjoying these funny creatures for the last three or four months. He has his own little ranch now. They have plans for more Yak. They are good for their meat, fiber, mowing services, and breed easily for resale. Go Grandpa!!! The newest yax is being renamed currently... previous speculation was incorrect... "We have a male."

Anyway... In regards to the YAK... I showed Ella... Who promptly exclaimed COW!!! Perhaps homeschool is not such a good idea...
