Changes for BART

I think we have some downtime coming finally... lots less to do outdoors and fewer distractions. Kira is finally going to bed around 8pm since she has committed herself to going without naps... much better than 10pm!! Life has been in a constant state of change and it is hard to predict the next week. Bart appears more at peace than I would expect but he is now unemployed with resumes out and attempts to launch his own little business. Late summer he started working for Integrity Audio and PC during the evenings and on Saturdays here and there. He continued his studies working toward his Master in computer mumbojumbo and we seldom saw him. Next thing we knew Walker really was slowing and he was offered the Lead Tech job with Integrity and talked and prayed it over and accepted the opportunity. So excited and so stimulated by the new responsibilities he was glowing. NOW we really didn't see him... but we knew that was a good sign of lots of work: ) The boss had such a life story and we really loved him from the get go! Sadly though he was having financial woes and Bart was not able to be paid for weeks of work! Bart stepped back and was very understanding and supportive of the Boss. I went into my own internal panic though. We thankfully had moved Kira's room upstairs and started an Office for Bart already and now put more effort in and got it all set up. In the last two weeks things are slow but Bart has been advertising and getting his technical kinks worked out in hopes for lots of work. He plans to support WAY FM and to have BART TECH advertised regularly. I pray he finds a stable tech job soon while he builds up his own business... that would be my practical mind speaking. He has a very open mind though and is excited to see what the future holds. He sure did love what he was doing but maybe it was just a good turning point.
