We had a bit of snow in mid-October but now we had a dumping of it last week! Schools had to close for two days... we managed to still have a few kids to play in the snow with. It was so fun to have snow ball fights and build a sledding hill. It was neat to see the kids try to walk through the deep snow... it was up to my knees in spots!! Can you imagine jumping off the swings into the thick snow?? Little Breck liked being pulled on sled up and down our street. Our mission was to check on our favorite kitty, Ricky. Thankfully we had delivered a nifty box filled with towels well before the snow started. He adores the kids, we hope he makes it through the winter living outdoors.
